What codecs does sixTel support?
ULaw, ALaw, G729, G726, GSM, iLBC, Speex and LPC10.
Are there any monthly minimums to have service?
No, there are no monthly minimums.
Can I view my usage and balance online?
Yes, Usage and balance are available in the control panel.
What is your refund policy?
You can get a refund for the unused portion of your funds. The
only restriction is if you sign up with a 1.55¢ or 1.43¢ per
minute plan, and you request a refund, your rate will be changed
to the more expensive plan because you didn't meet the minimum.
This policy only reflects first payments, if you have been a customer
a while and have used more than your first deposit, you rate will be
the discounted rate still.
What if my calls sound bad?
If you are having problems connecting to us or hear static,
we have other servers available that you can terminate your calls to.
How are calls rounded
All calls are rounded six seconds.
